The Type Of Products, Their Quantity And The Technical Requirements For The Medical Instrument To Be Purchased, Are Those Provided In The Specification No. 434942/17.12.2024 And The Technical Sheets Attached To It, As Follows: - For Lot Iii - Medical Instrument: Technical Files No. 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 And 88; The Modification Of The Contract, During Its Validity Period, Is Made Under The Conditions Provided In Art.221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions.
