The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Hereby Provides A Contract For The Supply Of Vehicles For (Base Fleet And Base Plus Fleet) In Connection With The Danish Eu Presidency In 2025. Denmark Will Take Eu In The 2Nd 225 (1St Of July-31 December 2025). The Presidency With A Comprehensive Meeting Activity On Danish Soil. Thus, It Is Expected That During This Period Two Summits Will Be Held, Approx. 15 Informal Ministerial Meetings, Meeting Between The Government And The European Commission, A Conference Of The European Parliament And Up To 120 Officials And Conferences. Participants Will Be Ministers, Officials And Press People From The Eu Member States As Well As A Number Of Candidate Countries. In Total, A Total Number Of Participants Is Estimated Throughout The Period Of Expected Approx. 17,000 People To Which Support Personnel Are To Be Laid In The Form Of, For Example, Drivers, Interpreters, Connectors, Police And Others. The Contract Includes The Suppliers Access To A Base Fleet Of Vip Cars, Companion Cars And Reinforced Vehicles As Well As A Base Plus Fleet Consisting Of Companion Cars. As Described In The Tender Material, The Supplier Must Provide Three Types Of Vehicles (A, B And C) Available. These Are The Following Categories: • Vehicle Type A (35 Vehicles In The Basic Fleet) Must Be Used As Vip Cars, • Vehicle Type B (35-55 Vehicles In The Base Fleet And 35 Vehicles In The Base Plus Fleet) Must Be Used As A Companion Cars, • Vehicle Type C (2 Vehicles In The Basic Fleet) Must Be Reinforced Vehicles. This Is A Basic Fleet, Which Will Be At The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Disposition In The Period 23 June To 7 November, However, 20 Type A Vehicles Must Be Available By March 27, 2025 For Training Runs. One Type C Vehicle Must Be Delivered To The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs By May 25, 2025. In Addition, A Base-Plus Fleet, Which Will Be At The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Disposal In The Period 13 July 2025 To October 5, 2025. Half Of The Types A And B Offered Vehicles Must Run On Electricity, Hybrid Petrol, Hydrogen And/Or Gas. The Other Technical Specifications For The Vehicles Are Shown In The Tender Material. The Contract Includes, In Addition To The Provision Of The Vehicles Mentioned In The Tender Documents, Also Services In Connection With The Authority. Below, The Supplier Must Be Able To Access The Workshop Facilities And Have A Rolling Service Unit With Mechanics And Other Relevant Staff Who, Without Separate Remuneration, Are Made Available To The Suppliers Vehicles Covered By This Agreement. The Service Unit Must Meeting Activity Be Available 24 Hours A Day During The Periods Of Time Stated After Contracting, And In The Event Of A Need For Repair Of A Vehicle, Must Be Able To Provide Immediately Where The Vehicle Is Located. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Informs The Supplier At Least 30 Days Before The Meeting Of The Exact Location For The Meeting.
