Technical Assistance Services – Technical Assistance For The Bangladesh Renewable Energy Facility. The Bangladesh Renewable Energy Facility (Bref) And Its Embedded Technical Assistance Are Intended To Promote Investment In An Emerging Renewable Power Sector In Bangladesh. The Technical Assistance Contract (Ta) Has The Objective To Assist The Bank, By Ensuring An Overarching Assistance With Highly Qualified Experts In Different Areas Related To Projects To Be Financed By The Bank In Bangladesh. The Ta Will Provide Support To The Promoters In Technical, Environmental, Social, Financial, Contractual And Administrative Matters Related To A Pipeline Of Renewable Energy Projects In Bangladesh. The Contract Will Ensure A Good Preparation Of Project Technical Designs, Tender Documentation, Project’S Implementation, Monitoring And Completion In Compliance With Relevant Eib Safeguards And Standards (In Particular On Environment, Social And Procurement), As Well As Applicable Laws And Provisions Included In The Loan Agreement.
