1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Performing General Plan Of The Iłów Commune, Which Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular With: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) , As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act2) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works On This Plan And Issuing Discharge And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 . M.), 3) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. 31/V/2024 Of The Iłów Commune Council Of July 17, 2024 On The Commencement Of The General Plan Of The Iłów Commune4), Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Employer During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development, 5) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads 2. In The Course Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Make An Urban Inventory And Assess The Existing Development Status, 2) Preparation Of Draft Letters Related To Notifying The Relevant Institutions About The Adoption Of A Resolution On The Preparation Of A General Plan By The Commune Council Of Iłów, 3) Preparation Of Advertisements And Projects Announcements Of The Commune Head Required By The Act, 4) Performing The Analysis Of Submitted Applications By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By The Authorities And Institutions, Including The Preparation Of A List Of Applications, Preparing Proposals For Their Consideration Along With Justification, As Well As A Possible Development Of A List Of Response To The Bodies And Institutions Specified By The Act, 5) Preparing A General Plan Of The General Plan Together With The Justification And Forecast Of Environmental Impact (Text, Graphic, Spatial Data), 6) Preparation Of Draft Letters Related To The Opinion And Agreeing Of The Project Of The General Plan, 7) Participation And Presentation Of The Plan Of The Plan At The Meetings Of The Municipal Architecture And Architecture Commission -Ebanistanical, 8) Analyzing And Developing A List Of Arguments And Opinions Obtained Along With The Possible Introduction Of Corrections In The General Plan Draft, 9) Physical Participation And Presentation Of The Plan In Public Consultations Regarding The Draft Plan With The Residents Of The Commune And Providing Relevant Information And Explanations, Participation In Others Meetings Whose Necessity Will Result During The Planning Procedure, 10) To Prepare An Analysis Of Comments Submitted To The Draft General Plan Together With The Proposal To Resolve Them And The Possible Introduction Of Corrections To The Draft General Plan, 11) Participation And Presentation Of The Resolut
