Part 1: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Promotional Materials Printing Services For The Needs Of The Coal Mining Museum In Zabrze In 2025 In Accordance With Annex 1 To The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Materials), Which All Technical Details Were Specified In The Assortment And Quantitative Specification (Annex 4). The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Activities: 1. Print Of Materials 2. Delivery Of Materials To The Places Indicated By The Employer In Zabrze After Prior Determination Of The Preferred Delivery Time. 2. Individual Orders Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Orders. 3. The Contracting Authority Will Send Orders By E-Mail To The Contractors E-Mail Address Indicated In The Contract. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Sent In Pdf Or Tiff Files, 300 Dpi Or Other, Containing The Fallen Specified In The File Name. 5. The Order Will Include - In Addition To The Material Design: 1) Deadline - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification Of The Contract Terms, 2) Circulation, 3) Packing Method, Divided Into Expenditure (If Necessary), 4) Delivery Point In One Of The Museum Locations In Zabrze (Ul. Georgiusa Agricoli 2, Ul. Maurycy Mochnackiego 12, Ul. Wolności 408, Ul. Karola Miarki 8, Ul. 3 Maja 93, Or Ul. 3 Maja 19) At The Hours Agreed In Working Mode, E.G. By Phone With Employer. 6. The Duration Of Each Order (Individual Elements Included In The Order) Is Determined By The Assortment And Quantity Specification (Annex 4 To Swz). 7. The Contract Will Be Concluded For The Period From The Date Of Its Signing To December 30, 2025. With This Provision That After This Date The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Previously Submitted Orders. 8. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Total Circulation Structure During The Contract (Including Exceeding The Maximum Number Of Ordered Packages Ordered In Swz), Including Resignation From Selected Types Of Materials - With These Changes Will Not Exceed The Maximum Value Of The Contract. 9. The Contracting Authority Pays The Contractor Remuneration Only For Completed Orders. 10. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use The Total Circulation Indicated In Swz. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Use Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Range Of 20% Of The Value Of The Contract. Note: Regardless Of The Fact That The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract (Own Transport Or Through The Courier) Is Carried Out For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract And At Its Own Expense (- Delivering Loco To The Places Indicated In Swz) (!) The Contractor Bears All Responsibility For The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Risk Of Its Damage Or Loss Until The Contracting Authority Is Received.
