1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil To Vehicles And Devices Owned By The Liniewo Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Sale Of Diesel In An Amount Of Up To 70,000. Liters During The Period Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To Art. 3 Para. 1 Of The Act Of 25.08.2006 On The System For Monitoring And Controlling Fuel Quality, The Supplied Fuels Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified For A Given Fuel, Due To Environmental Protection, Impact On Human Health And The Proper Operation Of Engines Mounted In Vehicles, Agricultural Tractors, And Also Machines That Are Not On The Road. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Due Diligence, Reliably, Timely, Safely, While Maintaining Good Quality. 5. Delivery Of Diesel Will Take Place In Such A Way That The Contractor Will Perform It Directly To The Employers Tank With A Capacity Of 2500 Liters At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, After Receiving The Order From The Employer. The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Ordered Is 1000 Liters - Maximum 2500 Liters. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Fuel To The Commune Office In Liniewo Within 2 Business Days Of Receiving Information.
