1. Determining The Item And The Size Or Scope Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electrical Materials For The Needs Of Biebrza Sp. Z O.O. As Part Of The Investment Entitled Modernization Of Social Infrastructure In The Sokólski Poviat Part 3 Orders: Reconstruction, Extension And Retrofitting Of Sp Zoz In Sokółka2. The Supply Of Electrical Materials Consists Of A Basic Order And An Order Covered By The Law. The Quantitative Scope And General Requirements Include - Table 1, Which Is An Attachment To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Additional Requirements Of The Contract3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be New, Free From Defects And Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Care For The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Time Limit Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz. 3.2. Deliveries Will Be Successfully Carried Out As The Employer Is Required-The Response Time From The Date Of Submission Of The Demand In Accordance With The Date Indicated In The Users Offer, Not Longer Than 10 Working Days From The Date Of Submitting The Demand. 3.3. Along With The Issuing Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Transfer To The Employer The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Contract. 3.4. Required Quality Guarantee Period Min. 12 Months. 3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer A Written Quality Guarantee For The Provided Subject Of The Contract For The Period Indicated In The Offer Calculated From The Date Of Signing By Representatives Of The Pages Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Specified In The Contractors Warranty Card And Manufacturers Warranty Cards For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3.6. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Employer Using The Contractor Unloading Measures (E.G. Hds, Forklift, Pallet Stroller, Car Elevator). 3.7. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract - Sokółka, Ul. Torowa 12.3.8. The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, Checking The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Subject With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contractors Offer. 3.9. A Delivery And Acceptance Report Will Be Drawn Up From The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
