1. The Subject Of The Contract Are The Services Of: Maintaining Low Greenery In The Road Lane Of Poviat Roads Of The Piła Poviat In 2025. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Works Related To The Maintenance Of The Poviat Road Network In The Piła Poviat. The Order Is Provided For In The Maintenance Of Poviat Roads In The Piła Commune, Including The Wystat Roads And Municipal Roads. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Works: 1) Mowing Grass With Harvest, 2) Mowing Grass Without Harvesting, 3) Winning Leaves From Lawns, 4) Scoring Leaves From Clusters, 5) Cleaning Perennials, 6) Weeding Perennial Discount With Medium Weeds , 7) Cutting On Perennial Inflorescences, 8) Cutting Decorative Grasses, 9) Cutting Hedges, 10) Weeding Clipping Without Spikes With Medium Weeds, 11) Watering Permanent Plantings, 12) Cutting Rose Bushes, 13) Additional Works In Green Areas, 14 ) Cleansing Hard Surfaces Of Weeds And Grasses Along With Sweeping Surfaces With Disposal Export To Utilization, 15) Cleaning The Hard Surface Of Leaves. 4. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Preparatory, Order Work And Waste Management Resulting During The Work. 5. Works Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Each Time On Behalf Of As Needed. The Expected Scope Of Work Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - The Offer Form. The Indicated Quantities In The Form The Offer Are Estimated Amounts And Are Used To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Submitted Offers And Selecting The Contractor. 6. All Works Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Written Orders Issued By The Director Or An Authorized Employee Of The Poviat Road Administration In Piła, In Which The Place Of Work, Their Scope And Date Of Implementation Will Be Indicated Each Time. The Contracting Authority Will Require The Work On The Date Agreed With The Contractor. 7. The Scope Of Work Determined Each Time Is Subject To A Protocol Receipt. Readiness To Receive The Works Performed Should Be Reported To The Poviat Road Administration In Piła. The Commission Of The Poviat Road Administration In Piła Will Receive The Work Within 7 Days From The Date Of Notification Of Readiness For Receipt By The Contractor. Performing Works Simultaneously Involves Organizing The Area Where The Works Were Carried Out. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Public Traffic On The Roads During The Performance Of Works Covered By The Contract. 9. The Contractor Should Have Vertical Signs And Other Security Devices For The Duration Of The Execution Of Works For The Purpose Of Marking The Works Covered By The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions. The Cost Of Securing Signs And Devices, As Well As Their Dismantling Should Be Included In The Price Of The Offer. 10.
