The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract With One Supplier For The Implementation Of Works Consisting In The Total Reconstruction Of The Heating Source Administrative Building Of The Moravian -Silesian Road Administration Center, Contributory Organizations In Nový Jičín, Related Deliveries, Installation, Assembly, Revision, Training And Commissioning. The Contractor Shall Prepare The Project Documentation (Hereinafter Also “Project Documentation” Or “Dps”) And Subsequently Realizes The Supply, Installation And Installation Of Technical And Technological Equipment Called “Reconstruction Of The Heating Source, The Nový Jičín - Ii.” Center. The Work Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Technical Specification Listed In The Project “Reconstruction Of The Source Of The Administrative Building, The Nový Jičín Center” Processed In August 2024 By The Moravian -Silesian Energy Center, Contributory Organization, 28 October 3388/111, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, Ičo: 03103820 (Hereinafter Referred To As Mec), Which Forms Annex 1 To This Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Intention) By The Design & Build Method. The Existing Gas Boilers, The Year Of Manufacture 1994, Which Are Used For Heating The Administrative Building, Are Beyond Their Lifetime Without The Possibility Of Their Repair And Service. For This Reason, It Was Designed By Representatives Of The Moravian -Silesian Energy Center Of The Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room. As Part Of This Reconstruction, Two Existing Gas Boilers With Atmospheric Burners Will Be Replaced. The New Source Of Heat Will Be The Heat Pump And As A Bivalent Source Will Be New Gas Condensing Boilers, As Shown In The Intention Reconstruction Of The Heating Source Of The Administrative Building, The Center Nový Jičín. The Event Will Also Include The Reconstruction Of The Heating System. To Ensure Proper Functioning And Efficiency, The Boiler Room Machinery Will Also Be Reconstructed, The Piping Of The Wiring And The Measurement And Control System Will Be Modified. The Work Will Be Done At The Following Stages: Phase - Projection And Permitting Phases, Ie Focus And Surveys, Project Documentation And Ensure All Necessary Permits For Implementation Of The Work. The Project Documentation Will Contain All The Particulars Stipulated By Law No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Building Act”) And Related Regulations. It Will Also Contain A Complete Document Part, Which Means Documents On The Results Of Negotiations With The Relevant Bodies And Organizations Authorized By The Performance Of The State Administration And Other Parties To The Administrative Proceedings, In Particular Binding Opinions, Decisions And Statements Of The Authorities Concerned. Within This Part Of The Work, The Contractor Shall Also Ensure A Written Opinion Of The Building Authority Whether The Construction Plan Requires Or Does Not Require The Relevant Permit For The Work In Question. In The Event That The Competent Building Authority Is Communicated That The Assessed Project Of The Building Applies Requires The Issue Of A Building Permit, Respectively. The Project Documentation Will Also Contain All The Particulars Given By Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On The Documentation Of Buildings, As Amended And The Regulations Replacing This Decree And The Contractor Will Also Process The Documentation Of The Current State Of The Building In The Scope Of The Building Plan (Hereinafter Referred To As “Dss”), Which Will Include Photo Documentation. The Electronic Copy Of The Pcb Will Contain A Valuable List Of Works, Supplies And Services With The Area Of ​​The Area. For Awarded In The Cover Certificate, The Engineering Activity Only Includes Negotiations With Building Authorities (Eg Providing A Written Opinion Of The Building Authority, Whether The Building Plan Requires Or Does Not Require The Relevant Permit For The Work), Securing The Opinions Of Doss, Or If The Construction Needed A Building Permit. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Initiate The Construction Until The Client Does Not Approve The Project Documentation, While The Proof Of The Approval Of The Project Documentation By The Client And Also Its Handover And Receipt Will Be The Approval Protocol Signed By Both Contracting Parties. 2. Phase - Implementation Phase, Ie Realization Of The Work, Handover Of The Completed Work To The Contracting Authority. The Condition Is That This Budget Is Approved By A Person With An Authorization In The Field Of Building Construction - Technique Of Building Environment, Specialization Of Heating And Air Conditioning (Employee Or Subscriber Of The Participant) Or Similar Document, With The Name Of This Person And The Number Of Čkait. The Contracting Authority Informs The Participants That They Leave Their Competence To An Individual Tour Of The Place Of Performance, From 07:00 To 14:00 On Working Days, After Telephone Agreement With Ing. Suppliers Who Participate In The Tour Of The Place Of Performance Shall Be Entered In The Attendance List From The Tour Of The Place Of Performance. The Contracting Authority Points Out That Persons Who Are Involved In A Tour Of The Place Of Performance As A Supplier Must Have A Compulsory Identity Card Or Other Identity Document (Eg Passport) For The Purpose Of Registering. The Tour Of The Place Of Performance Is Used To Familiarize Suppliers With The Existing Point Of Future Performance And Its Technical And Operational Parameters. Thus, On The Tour Of The Place Of Performance, The Contracting Authorities Will Not Be Answered By Questions Of Supplier Representatives. If, From The Inspection Of The Place Of Future Performance, The Supplier Of Confusion Relating To The Subject Of The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Or The Content Of The Tender Documentation Arises, The Supplier Is Not Entitled To Ask Questions Following The Following Doubts.
