The Ministry Is Seeking A Single Service Provider To Be Responsible For All The Construction Activities As Turnkey. The Residence Is Located In Sierra Vertientes, Lomas De Chapultepec In Mexico City. It Has Approximately 1 300M2 Of Built Premises And It Was Built Originally In 1952. Its Hvac, Plumbing And Electricity Systems Are Out Of Date And Surfaces Worn Out, And Thus To Be Renovated Completely. The Scope Of Works And The Detailed Terms For Participating In The Procurement Have Been Provided In The Invitation To Participate And Its Annexes.
