This Tender Notice Applies To The Tendering Of Total Contract Regarding The Construction Of 56 General Family Homes For Boligsyd And 14 Private Housing For Klt Projects A/S, Which Must Be Sold As Condominiums (Project Sales). A Total Of 70 Homes. The Building Is Built As A Single-Storey Building Of 3-5 Floors In Two Buildings With Displacements Both In Facade Line And Floor Height. Where One Building Is With Public Housing And The Other Building Has Both Public And Private Apartments, Where The Private Ones Are Located In The Eastern Part Of The Residential Block With Their Own Entrance. The Living Space For The Public Housing Is 5,635 M² (Support Justified) And Is Distributed By 35 Pcs. 3 Bedroom Apartments Of 95 M² And 21 Pcs. 4 Bedroom Apartments Of 110 M². The Living Space For The Private Homes Is 1,670 M2 And Is Divided Into 14 Pieces. The Total Living Space Is 7,275 M². As One Of The Options, The Price Of 410 M2 Basement Must Be Given To The Public Housing Distributed Over The Two Buildings, And 213 M2 Basement For The Private Homes, In The Part Of The Building Where The Private Homes Are Located.
