The Studierendenwerk Upper Franconia Intends To Build A New Building For A Student Dormitory On The Property In Kulmbach. This Student Dormitory Must Have 75 Individual Apartments With A Size Of 20 M² To A Maximum Of 21 M² And 10 Parking Spaces In The Underground Car Park, A Parking Space For Visitors In The Outdoor Facilities, A Wheelchair-Friendly Parking Space In The Outdoor Facilities And 75 Bicycle Parking Spaces. The Services Of The Object Planning Buildings And Interiors For Performance Phases 1 To 4 In Accordance With § 33 Ff. Hoai 2021 Have Already Been Provided. The Subject Of The Present Award Procedure Is The Procurement Of Total Entrepreneurial Services With All The Necessary Planning Services Of The Hoai 2021 For All The Necessary Performance Pictures Of The Hoai 2021 For The Turnkey Construction (Planning And Construction) Of The Student Dormitory In Kulmbach. All Planning Services Necessary For The Project Must Be Provided By The Contractor Or Subtractor To Be Commissioned. This Includes All The Necessary Performance Areas Analogous To Hoai 2021 (Basic Services And Special Services), Such As Planning Services Of Object Planning, Open Space And Infrastructure Planning, Technical Equipment, Structural Engineering As Well As Other Required Planning And Expert Services. The Scope Of The Required Planning Services Or The Performance Phases To Be Provided And The Special Requirements For Planning Are Based On The Object -Specific Conditions And Variant -Dependent Requirements. This Is Referred To For The Funding Law Requirements For Student Dormitories Of The Studentenwerk Upper Franconia In Accordance With Appendix 807, Which Must Be Observed By The Contractor. The (Statutory) Public Law Provisions And Approval Procedures Are To Be Used As A Basis For The Planning And Execution. The Technical Rules Introduced By The Bavarian State Ministry Of Housing, Building And Transport By Public Announcement As Technical Construction Regulations Must Be Observed And Maintained. All Construction Work Must Be Carried Out In Full By The Contractor And His Subcontractor And The Premises Are Functional, Ready For Operation And Turnkey.
