With The Execution Of A Site: Engineering Of An Object: Partial Replacement Of Sewage And Strengthening Activities On University Str., Chervena Rosa , Dedeagach And Lozengrad Street, Aims To Improve The Condition Of The Reverse Power Over An Existing Sewer And Partial Replacement Of One Relative To Investigations. The Project Will Serve To Implement The Construction Works For The Reinforcement Activities Of The Streets And The Trouble -Free Laying Of Road Surfaces Provided For Another Project. Without Making These Activities, There Is No Possibility To Implement A Project For Rehabilitation Of Street Network And Inter -Block Spaces In The Town Supervision For The Implementation Of An Investment Project: Rehabilitation Of Street Network In Shumen - Zone Center 1, Zone Aquapark Zone, Zone Maritza And Zone Trakia, Which Includes The Above Streets, According To The Public Procurement Act No. E-Zop 2022-0028-02/16.01.2023. The Contract Covers The Following Activities: Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase, In Accordance With The Spatial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And Other Related Sub -Regulations For The Applicable Design Parts. The Technical Project Should Be Equipped With The Necessary Calculations, Schemes, Text And Graphic/Drawing Material, Explanatory Notes, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001, On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. The Projects Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Amounts Of Accounts (Ccs) On The Applicable Parts. Implementation Of The Construction Works On The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor And Coordinated And Approved In The Respective Order, Quantities And Types Of Construction Works And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification; Copycilling Under The Spatial Planning Act, Technical Solutions, Project Refinements, Technological Control And Assistance In The Commissioning Of The Site. The Technical Specification Describes The Requirements For The Participants Related To The Implementation Of The Present Public Procurement. The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Up To Bgn 1 757 909.17 (One Million Seven Hundred Fifty -Seven Thousand Nine Hundred And Nine Levs And Seventeen Pennies). The Maximum Disposable Financial Resource Of The Contracting Authority For The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract Is In The Amount Of The Announced Estimated Value For The Public Procurement.
