The Feasibility Study Will Include: - Evaluation Of The Existing Situation And The Necessity Of The Investment; - Analysis Of The Transport Request; - Elaboration Of The Benefit Cost Analysis; - Analysis And Estimation Of The Costs Of Investment, Currencies And The Graph Of Reiteration; - Cost Risk Assessment; - Elaboration Of The Environmental Documentation; - The Realization Of The Location Plan, The Expropriation Corridor And Assistance For The Transfer Of Property; - The Maintenance And Operation Plan; - Obtaining Authorizations, Opinions And Agreements; - Elaboration Of The Documentation Necessary To Promote The Investment In Financing And The Technical Documentation Necessary To Prepare The Tender Bond For The Purchase Of The Design And Execution Of The Works And The Supervision (Consultancy) Of The Design And Execution Of The Works. The Design Services Will Be Performed By Qualified Personnel Within The Specialized Companies, Authorized And Agreed By Afer, According To Order No. 290 /2000.
