The Operator Of The Service Provided Is Obliged: 1) Keep A Record Of The Quantity And Quality Control Of The Services Provided, Take Timely Measures To Prevent And Eliminate Violations Of The Provision Of Services; 2) When Providing A Local Telephone Service To The Subscriber To Provide The Subscriber Of Free Formations With An Emergency Call Operator, Emergency Medical, Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency, Reference And Other Services In Accordance With The List Determined By The Government Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan; 3) On The Application Of The Subscriber On Time And Properly Eliminate The Malfunctions That Arose Through The Fault Of The Operator And Preventing The Use Of Services ;; 4) In The Event Of Suspension Of The Provision Of Telephone Services Caused By Untimely Payment Of The Subscription Fee By The Subscriber, The Subscription Fee For The Suspension Period Is Not Charged. In Case Of Suspension Of The Provision Of Other Services On The Basis Specified In This Subparagraph, The Accrual Of The Monthly Fee For The Suspension Period Is Carried Out In Full; 6) Ensure The Quality And Speed Of Data Transfer In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Tariff Plan Selected By The Subscriber To Its Own Data Transfer Unit; 7) Setting Invoices For The Services Rendered Once A Month In The Manner Prescribed By Clause 9 Of The Agreement. 9) Provide Access To The Internet, Through Optical-Fiber Cable Lines, As Well As Telephone Cable Lines Of The Following Subscribers Of The Kgp Taldykorgantuplo-Service In The Amount Of: Broadband Access On The Internet, Access Speed Of 400-500 Mbps, With The Provision Of A Router (The Characteristics Of The Router Are Given Below)-4 Pieces; Internet Access At A Speed Of 4 Mbps/S Included And 1 Mbit/S On The Outgoing - 4 Pieces.
