Expression of Interest for Recruitment of An Auditing Firm to conduct Annual Audits of the CD4AML/CFT Project The services included under this project are to: a) express an independent professional opinion on the project financial statements, and to ensure that the funds utilized to the projects activities have been used for their intended purposes in accordance with the project documents; b) to review the adequacy of the internal control system and supporting documentation for the transactions in preparation and presentation of the financial statements in relation to the requirements specified in the terms of reference (ToRs); and c) to recommend effective mechanisms to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project financial management where applicable 5- Selection is based on Quality and Cost and interested consultants may obtain further information at the GIABA address below during office hours from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm (GMT). 6- Expressions of interest must be emailed to the address below by 20th February 2025 by 05:00 pm (GMT) with Independent External Project Audit in the email subject line.
