Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The General Plan Of The Skołyszyn Commune

The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Planning Services Specified In The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. 77.92 Km²), In Accordance With Resolution No. Vii/75/24 Of The Council Of The Skołyszyn Commune Of August 26, 2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Skołyszyn Commune 3. The Contractor Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of A Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws 201, Item 2758), By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Participation Societies In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E., Junior Legal Acts That Are Referred To The Subject Of The Contract, Including Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads As Well As Other Provisions Applicable To The Contract. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Contracting Authority With Final Documentation Including: 1) The General Plan Of The General Plan Together With Justification In Text And Graphic Form, Referred To In Art. 13H Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development. 2) Documentation Of Planning Works Referred To In § 7 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It.
