Tenders Are Invited For Cp-24-139/2025 Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of Structural Wiring In The Cmkp Building At Ul. Marymoncka 99/103 In Warsaw With The Renovation Of The Electric Switchgear

5.1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of Structural Cabling In The Cmkp Building Complex, Located At Ul. Marymoncka 99/103 In Warsaw, Together With The Renovation Of The Electrical Switchboard And The Performance Of Necessary Construction And Installation Works, Accompanying The Replacement Of Structural Cabling And The Location And Foundation Of Devices Related To It. 5.2. The Order Consists In Completing Construction Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Consists Of The General Guidelines Of The Ordering Party, As Well As Executive Projects As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation. 5.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5.4. The Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract (Devices, Materials And Labor - Excluding The Luminaires And Devices Indicated In § 9 (13 Of The Draft Contract) Is Not Less Than 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Period In Accordance With The Statement Contained In The Submitted Offer. 5.5. The Contracting Authority Determines The Warranty Period For Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract (Including Devices, Materials And Labor) As Equal To The Warranty Period. 5.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Set Out In The Draft Contract, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract And Project Documentation.
