Tenders are invited for Construction of Teaching Morgue and Mortuary (2 storied building with 2 storied foundation), Sub- Station/Service Building (1 nos) (2 storied building with 5 storied foundation), Mosque (4 storied building with 4 storied foundation) & Medical Waste Treatment Facility Building (1 storied building with 1 storied foundation) with Civil, Sanitary & Internal electrification at Mugda Medical College under "Construction of necessary infrastructure & expansion of ancillary facilities of Mugda Medical College" project. Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction work. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature construction work including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification work of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 8.00 (Eight) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i. e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 4.00 (Four) Crore. Documentary evidence submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 7.00 (Seven) crore. 6. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate and TAX clearance certificate, Up-to date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
