Participants May Submit Tenders Only For Lots № 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 And 6, And Each Participant May Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Of The Listed Positions. The Contracting Authority Does Not Set Restrictions On The Number Of Positions For Which An Offer Can Be Submitted, Respectively, It Does Not Set A Limit On The Number Of Lots That Can Be Won By One Participant. The Rest Of The Contract Under Lot 7, The Contracting Authority Will Assign In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of The Latter, Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Since The Value Of The Lot Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Value Of The Contract And Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464,00. The Estimated Value Of The Separate Position Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - Direct Award.
