The Capital Development Authority invites on percentage basis on NIT cost from the Contractors/firms duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate category & code & having valid PEC licenses 2024-2025 and also registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Departments who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the BiddingDocument for the following projects. 1. Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS. 2. Only firms/Contractor registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible. 3. Tender should be accompanied Bid Security /Earnest Money (refundable) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of Deputy Director (Distribution Division (North) CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Director (Water Supply), CDA along with the bid. 4. In case the total bid amount is less then 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount .That is required performance security = NIT amount ?total bid amount -10% of NIT amount .This call deposit shall be addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids, not carrying the performance security shall be rejected, The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 7. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and /or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 8. The eligblity criteria of the firms with the relevent experience i.e atleast three number of work orders in last two financial years may be upload with the bid. 9.
