Tenders are invited for Proposed Upgrade to Interior Design Works of Tom Mboya University Kenya Commercial Bank Auditorium Detailed tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office, Main Campus, Tom Mboya University during normal working hours, from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand) only payable at the Tom Mboya University. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of KShs.1,000,000.00. The documents may also be viewed and downloaded for free from the University website, www.tmu.ac.ke and http://www.tenders.go.ke/. Tenderers who have paid are required to obtain an official receipt from the cash office at Tom Mboya University and immediately forward their particulars to the Procurement Office for records and for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarification and/or addenda. Candidates who choose to download the documents shall notify the Procurement Office immediately for record purposes by email: [email protected] Duly completed tender documents (Original and Copy) in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with Tender name and Number and bearing no indication of the bidder should be sent to: The Vice-Chancellor, Tom Mboya University; P O Box 199 40300, Homa-Bay, Kenya and dropped in Tender Box situated at the Administration and Lecture Halls Block, Main Campus in HomaBay, so as to reach the University NOT LATER THAN Friday 14th February 2025 at 10.00 A.M. Opening of the documents will be done immediately thereafter at the University Boardroom in the presence of applicants or their representatives who wish to attend.
