Feb 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Communications & Media Context & Background This project aims to produce a highquality, engaging video to introduce the Lebanon Innovate Portal (website), a new online hub and directory designed to support and connect the innovation ecosystem in Lebanon. The portal will serve as a comprehensive resource for entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry stakeholders, offering access to knowledge, funding opportunities, and key ecosystem players. The video will highlight the portals key features, benefits, and impact, using talking heads, motion graphics, and compelling visuals to ensure clarity and engagement. We seek a skilled freelance Video Production Specialist to bring this vision to life with creative execution and technical expertise. The video style and quality should align with this reference: Breeze: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9X59vSu1yvs Scope of work and Deliverables The freelancer/company will be responsible for the endtoend production process, including: Video Shooting: Capture highquality footage of talking heads, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and sound. Operate professional cameras and equipment. Audio Editing: Clean, enhance, and mix audio recordings, including voiceovers and sound effects. Motion Graphics: Design and animate dynamic graphics (e.g., lower thirds, transitions) to enhance the videos storytelling. PostProduction: Edit video footage, integrate motion graphics, and apply color grading for final delivery. Project Management: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. Deliverables and Timeline 1 highquality video (1:001:15 minutes) explaining the Lebanon Innovate Portal, featuring talking heads and necessary Broll. Enhanced audio, including professional voiceovers and sound effects. Motion graphics integrated for clarity and engagement. Final edited video files optimized for various platforms (social media, website, presentations). Filming details: 1 shooting location, half day of production. Output formats: MP4 (1080p/4K), with versions suitable for different platforms (16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 or 4:5 for social media, etc.). Technical selection criteria: Technical Proficiency in Video Production Software Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Ability to edit, color correct, and enhance videos professionally and cinematic storytelling, high-end lighting. Experience with Filming Equipment & Production Techniques Knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio recording, and stabilization tools. Understanding of different shooting styles, framing, and composition for high-quality production. Portfolio & Work Samples A diverse and high-quality portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability, creativity, and technical skills. Examples of different types of video content from previous events or projects (e.g., corporate, online classes, educational video content and social media videos). Motion Graphics & Animation Skills (if required) Ability to create motion graphics, visual effects, and animations Understanding of typography, transitions, and visual storytelling to enhance video content.
