The Subject Of The Public Contract (Works) Is The Supply Of Construction Work Within The Sewerage Of The Street Na Vyhlídka In Roztoky Near Prague. It Is A Construction Of A Sewage System With A Gravitational Branch Of 276 M In The Pp Dn300 With 11 House Connections (2 Existing, 9 New) In The Pp Dn150. The Connections Will Be Led From The Gravitational Line To The Relevant Private Land, Where They Will End Just Beyond The Land With A Control Shaft. Another Connection Of Buildings On The Land Is A Matter Of Landowners And Connected Buildings Outside The Framework Of This Contract. A Total Of 11 New Inspection Shafts From The Prefabricated Skruží Dn1000 Will Be Set In The Gravitational Branch Route. The Shafts Will Be Covered With A Dn600 Cast Iron Hatch With A Damping Insert, Hinge And Lid Lock. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Inscription And The City Emblem Into The Hatch. The Gravitational Sewer Will Result In A Pumping Station, Located In The Asphalt Area Of Na Vyhlídce Street For The Last Connected Property No. 1634. The Pumping Station Is Designed As A Prefabricated Waterproof Pit With A Light Diameter Of 2.0 M And A Height Of 3.5M. The Bottom Of The Sump Is Designed At A Depth Of 2.0M Below The Inlet. The Pipe Holes Will Be Made In The Sump Wall, The Bottom Of The Pumping Station Will Be Installed With The Self Clean System. The Sump Will Be Covered With A Prefabricated Ceiling Slab Thickness 300Mm, The Entrance To The Ms Is Designed With Dimensions Of 800/800Mm And For Triggering Pumps With Dimensions Of 600/900Mm. The Hatches Are Designed Full Cast Iron -Pervigoral And Gas -Tight Frame Cat. D400, Lockable. The Entrance To The Sump Will Be Ensured By Pocket Steps - 2X And Ladder Steps - 10X, Alternatively, The Input Ladder From The Composite With Pull -Out Handle Can Be Fitted. Furthermore, The Sump Will Be Equipped With A Footbridge With Railing And Poroste From The Composite. The Device Will Be Used According To The Operators Standard. The Gas Station Will Be Ventilated With The Pe D160 Pipeline, Which Will Be Led Outside The Road And Ends With A Ventilation Chimney V. Min 0.6M Above The Terrain. Alternatively, The Ventilation Chimney Can Be Laid Down To The Brick Pillar Of Ms And Ends With A Stainless Steel Ventilation Head - It Will Be Specified In The Implementation According To The Operators Requirements. The Passage For Venting Pipes Will Be Made By Core Drilling During Realization, According To The Actual Location Of The Pillar Connection To The Pre Distribution Network. Forced Ventilation Of Čs Is Not Proposed Due To The Location Of The Gas Station And Its Importance. For Drawing Are Designed Two Flood Pumps With Screw Centrifugal Around Two Pumps D03u-Lhn3+Dk007x2-Gseq+Nv1a30-10- 4.8 Kw-Flood Pump With Screw Centrifugal With An Electric Motor Of 400V/50Hz ) And 10 M Cable. The Pump Electric Motor Is In The So -Called Flood Design. That Is, The Pump Can Work As Submersible Or With Permanently Exposed Electric Motor. The Pump Is Equipped With A Moisture Electrosond To Check The Tightness Of The Mechanical Seal. The Common Supplied Cable Is Connected To The Switchboard Power, Thermal Protection And A Humidity Sensor In The Length Of 10 M, Which Is Sufficient In This Case. The Cable Is Mounted In The Protectors. Communication With Traffic Management Is Provided By Commands And Reports Via Gsm Modem The Submersible Sludge Pumps Are Designed With The Starting Device In The 1+1 Assembly. The Pumps Will Alternate Regularly. Once A Day Both Pumps Will Be Closed To Ensure The Discharge Of The Displacement. The Pumps Are Suspended On The Heel Knee, Which Is Attached To The Bottom Of The Tank. Each Pump Is Triggered By Two 11/2 ”Guides. A Distance Strut Will Be Inserted Between The Guide Rods Of Each Pump In The Middle Of The Height. The Pump Is Delivered With A Cable Of 10M And Stainless Steel With A Chain Of Dl.6.0M. The Dn80 Stainless Steel Will Be Fitted With Fittings: 2X Š80 Waste Water Slides, The Back Valve Zk80, The Tt 80 Fitting Will Be Fitted. And F80 Fitting For Discharge. There Will Be Access To The Fittings From The Composite Footbridge With The Pororošty. Displacements Will Be Fastened To The Construction Of The Footbridge Using Sleeves. The Discharge Pipe Pipes And The Connecting Pipes In The Fittings Are Designed From Stainless Steel. Vv Sewer Displacement: It Is A Pressure Sewer Of The Pe100 D90/8.2 Sdr11 In Dl.303.5M. The Construction Will Start At The Station Vv-Čs Km0,000 Connections To The Technological Equipment Of The Gas Station. The Route Will Be Run In A Minimum Of 0.6M With A Gravitational Sewer Of The Sv, The Height Will Be Led Above Gravity. The Concurrence Of 0.6M Is Designed Due To The Gas Pipeline In Na Vyhlídce Street. Before The Construction, The Gas Pipeline Management Will Be Detected By The Operator And Possibly The Route Will Be Adjusted According To The Reality, Ie The Concurrence With The Gravitational Sewer Will Be Narrowed, Or The Displacement Route Will Be Conducted Separately On The Other Side Of The Road. The Displacement Will Be Fed In The Station Vv-Š14 Km0,30350 To The Existing Shaft At The Beginning Of Na Vyhlídce Street. It Is A Shaft Of Hl.0.6M. The Shaft Will Be Replaced. The New Shaft Is Designed As A Prefabricated Shaft Dn1000. Due To The Small Depth, The Bottom Is Reduced By 300Mm Compared To The Outflow, The Bottom Will Be Conquered And A Groove. The Groove And Bottom Will Be Lined With Basalt Lining. The Shaft Will Be Covered With A Cover Plate With A Reinforced Reinforcement For Traveling Trucks And A Hatch Of The Dn600 Kat D400. The Cast Iron Hatch With The Frame Is Designed With A Damping Insert, With A Hinge And The Locking Of The Lid.
