Tenders Are Invited For Re -Supply Of Environmental Assessments Of Potential Raw Materials In Connection With Proposals For Raw Material Plan

The Region Of Southern Denmark Has Decided That Raw Material Plan 2020 Must Be Revised. The Region Expects Ideas And Suggestions For The Content Of The Plan In The First Quarter Of 2025. The Next Phase Of Working With The New Raw Material Plan Is The Preparation Of The Raw Material Plan Proposal. In This Context, A Total Environmental Assessment Of The Plan Must Be Carried Out. The Regions Proposal For New Outlay Of Excavation Areas Must Be Included In This Assessment If They Have A Significant Impact On The Environment Locally Or Are Over 25 Ha. The Supply Includes Consulting Services In Connection With Environmental Reports For Potential Raw Material Areas In Proposals For A New Raw Material Plan. The Region Needs Assistance In Preparing Environmental Reports For Individual Areas. Since No Ideas And Proposals Have Yet Been Called Upon, The Region Has Not Yet An Overview Of How Many Areas To Make Environmental Assessments. A Number Of The Offer List Has Been Estimated. The Region Wants Assistance In Calculating The Raw Material Resource Based On Private Mapping And Publicly Available Information. The Region Of Southern Denmark Intends To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With Two Advisers, And The Acquisition Is Therefore Divided Into Two Sub -Agreements. Reference Is Made To The Framework Agreement For The Distribution Of The Tasks Between The Advisers. The Offer With The Highest Total Number Of Points Is Awarded To Sub -Agreement 1 With 70 % Of The Pools. The Offer With The Second Highest Total Number Of Points Is Awarded To Sub -Agreement 2 With 30 % Of The Pools.
