The Primary Objective Is To Address Key Constructability Challenges And Reduce Uncertainty In The Project Scope During The Design Phase, Before Transitioning Into The Construction Phase. The Anticipated Scope Of Work Will Include The Remediation Of The North And South Dams At Turtle Lake Reservoir, Including But Not Limited To The Stripping Of Existing Organics, Construction Of Toe Berms, Extension Of Low-Level Outlet Piping, And Installation Of Piezometers.
