1. Subject Of The Order Entitled: Maintenance Of Road Lighting In The Commune And City Of Nisko In 2025 Ownership Of The Nisko Commune. It Is Divided Into 2 Tasks, I.E.: 1) Task 1 Road Lighting Maintenance. This Task Includes Performing Lighting Maintenance, Whose Number Of Maintenance Lighting Points Is 500 Pieces. 2) Task 2 Conservation Of Road Lighting - Accompanying Works, Including The Performance Of Additional Services And Works Based On The Auxiliary Offer Form - Annex No. 1A To Swz Provided For In The Period Of The Contract. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Task 1 Includes: 1) All Work Consisting In The Maintenance Of Road Lighting In The Commune And City Of Nisko Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Instructions For Organizing Safe Work At Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Rzeszów Branch. 2) The Lamp Lighting Hours Are Determined By The Contracting Authority In The Schedule Constituting The Attachment To The Contract. 3) The Lighting During The Day May Take Place After Prior Notification Of The Contracting Authority Only In The Event Of A Review Or Repair Of The Lighting Network, For The Time Necessary To Perform These Activities. 4) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Limit The Number Of Active Light Sources For Free. Rzeszów Branch, Energy Region Of Stalowa Wola And The Energy Region Of Janów Lubelski And Bear The Related Costs Technical Devices, Power, Measuring And Control Equipment (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations), Together With Prepared Checking Reports (Condition Of Insulation Resistance, Anti-Car Protection, Impedance Of Short Circuit Loops, Grounding Resistance, Continuity Of Protective Ducts)-(According To Applicable Regulations), B ) Inspection Of Overhead And Cable Routes (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations), C) Technical Inspections Of Luminaires And Lanterns Recesses Along With Hinges Conservation (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations), D) Renovation And Setting Of Astronomical Clocks (According To Ordering Orders) E) Keeping Operating Documentation Preserved Devices, F) Replacement Of Damaged Light Sources, Chokes, Capacitors (Replacement Will Take Place When Submitting At Least 5 Items), G) Maintenance Of Highlights Around The Office Building At Pl. Wolności 14H) Replacement Of Damaged Booms, Warning Plates And Lanterns, I) Strengthening Corroded Sections Of Lighting Columns In The Basement Along With Painting And Insulation. J) Securing Devices Damaged By Third Parties, K) Straightening Of Inclined Poles And Booms Lighting) Maintaining Lamp Shades Clean, M) Annual Review And Maintenance Of The Transformer Station (Garbage Dump), Protocol From Review And Maintenance
