1. The Employer Informs That The Investment Referred To In Point 3.1. Swz Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Therefore The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Project Documentation; 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Project Documentation Referred To In Point 3.2.1) Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Construction Works Consisting In: A) Designing The Automation Installations And Control Of Ventilation Units, B) Designing Renovation Works Within The Field Of Field Intake And The Main Supply Channel, C) To Design Works In The Field Of Cleaning Existing Ventilation Channels Serving Cloakrooms And Halls Swimming Pool-Elements Not Covered By Replacement, Intended For Further Operation, D) Dismantling Of The Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Headquarters Of The Pool Hall (Nw1), E) Dismantling Of The Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Unit (Nw2 G) Dismantling The Exhaust Headquarters Of Podbasenia (W3), H) Dismantling Ventilation Channels Within The Podbasenia And Ph Warehouse, I) Dismantling Of The Electrical Installation, Automation And Other Installations And Devices That Lost Their Functions In The Scope Of Implemented Works, J) Renovation K) Assembly Of Devices, Channels, Revision, Automation, Power Supply And Other Devices In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, L) Cleaning Existing Ventilation Channels Servicing Cloakrooms And A Pool Hall - Elements Not Covered By Replacement, Intended For Further Operation. 3. Due To The Difficult Conditions In The Field, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Before Submitting The Offer, Under Pain Of Rejecting The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, Made A Local Vision Of The Object Covered By The Order. The Local Vision Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Contracting Representative At 12:00 On February 13, 2025 In The Building At Ul. Wyspiański 17 In Zielona Góra. Conducting A Local Vision And The Presence Of Representatives Of Contractors Will Be Documented By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority And Will Be Proof Of Meeting The Above Requirements By The Contractors Who Submitted Offers. From The Obligation To Make A Local Vision, The Exemption Is Contractors Who Made A Local Vision Of The Facility On January 16, 2025 As Part Of An Analogous Public Procurement Procedure (Ref. A. 2300.1.2025). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz.5. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Contained In Annex I.7 To Swz. 6. The Contractor Will Guarantee A Guarantee For Works Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract And Warranty For Disadvantages Of Works For A Period Exceeding The Warra
