Part I: Purchase, Implementation, Configuration And Maintenance Of Devices And Software In The Field Of Cybersecurity, Including Devices, Software And Services Ensuring Prevention, Detection And Reaction To Threats To Cyber Security, With The Necessary Support Of The Manufacturer. Established Equipment Should Have Permission For Admission And Use , In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Should Guarantee That The Subject Of The Contract Is Factory New, Complete, Free From Material And Construction Defects, With A Proper Standard, Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality And Not Used Earlier, In Particular For Demonstration Purposes, So That He Has All The Certificates Or Documents Required By Law , Was Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Was Not Charged With The Rights Of Third Parties And Receivables For The Benefit Of The State Treasury For Bringing Them To The Polish Customs Area.
