Tenders Are Invited For Rops.Pzp.332.2.2025 - Provision Of Hotel And Gastronomic Services During A Convention Organized As Part Of The Project Entitled: Coordination Of Social Policy Activities - Rops Wsl
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Provided By Facilities Offering Meals And Accommodation Regarding The Service Of The Two -Day Convent Of Social Economy Entities, Which Will Take Place In May 2025 (Preferred Days Thursday - Friday, The Exact Date Will Be Set With The Selected Contractor Before Signing The Contract). A Maximum Of 70 Participants Of The Convent Are Envisaged. The Service Includes: 1 Night And Food, Which Consists Of: 1 Breakfast, 2 Dinners, 1 Ceremonial Integration Dinner And 3 Coffee Breaks, As Well As Providing The Training Facilities And Equipment During The Convent - 1 Conference Room Freely Housing At Least 70 People Available In The First And Second Conventions Day And 2 Workshop Rooms Freely Housing At Least 35 People, Each, Available On The Second Day Of The Convention, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz.
