Tenders are invited for Establishing an Evidence-Based National Adaptation Plan (Nap) Process at National and Subnational Scales in Cambodia Phase 1. Minimum Qualifications: - The consulting firm/companies should have team members as a group (encourage foreigners/genders) who hold at least a Masters degree or PhD in environmental science, natural resource management, climate change, or a related field. - The consulting firm must be legally registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia. - The firms/companies must have at least 5 years of experiences and proven expertise in conducting climate change awareness raising and outreaches materials, and needs assessments across different groups. The development of climate change training materials including short course training curricula for each target group, along with presentation materials, facilitator guides, exercises, handouts/workbooks, and assessment materials. - Familiarity with Cambodias climate change policies and strategies is required. - Proven success in delivering bilingual knowledge products (Khmer and English). - The firm must demonstrate a strong design team with at least 10 years of experience in preparation of the training curricula on climate change. - The firm must demonstrate the ability to organize and conduct awareness raising and outreaches materials and workshops and prepare detailed workshop reports Competencies and Eligibility - Proven track record in developing climate change awareness raising and outreaches materials, and in developing climate change training curricula for at least three different target groups. - Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including line ministries, NGOs, communities, and work effectively with persons with disabilities (PWDs) and gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) groups. - Demonstrate the tasks and experience for awareness raising development and outreaches materials; and climate change short course training curricula for each target group, along with presentation materials, facilitator guides, exercises, handouts/workbooks, and assessment materials.
