Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Colleyville Cold Storage Facilities. Contractor will carryout the following works: Repair and rehabilitation of eight (8) cold rooms bins. The repair will include: Replacement of the corrugated roofs sheets Painting of both the external and Internal bin walls Rehabilitation of the existing flooring and floor drains Upgraded electrical system Supply and Installation of fire and lightning protection Supply and Installation of PV system Installation of Chiller system Repair water storage tank and rainwater harvesting connections Construction of bathrooms with wheelchair access Tertiary sewage treatment system Eligibility: A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) Tender Link : http://www.jsif.org/
