Łukasiewicza 3 In Bydgoszcz. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Thermomodernization And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Chemical School Complex With Infrastructure At Ul. Łukasiewicza 3 In Bydgoszcz, As Part Of The Investment Of The City Entitled: Investments Covered By Preparatory Support Under The Program Of Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings And Public Lighting In Bydgoszcz (Bydgoszcz Energy) In The Scope And On The Conditions Specified In Swz With Attachments And In The Template Of The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Following Order Modules: 1) Module Ia - Ground Floor Of The Left Wing Of The Building (Gym, Cloakroom And Storage Facilities), 2) Ib Module - Ground Floor Of The Right Wing Of The Building (Laboratory Part), 3) Module Ii - Basement, Basement, The Ground Floor, First Floor Of The First Floor In The Left Part Of The Building, 4) Module Iii - Basement, Ground Floor, First Floor And Second Floor In The Right Part Of The Building. Individual Modules (Ia, Ib, Ii And Iii) Were Specified In The Graphic Attachment Constituting The Attachment To The Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority Divided The Order Into Parts, I.E. An Order Including Thermomodernization Of Educational Institutions In Bydgoszcz, The Contracting Authority Intends To Implement In Parts Regarding Individual Institutions, In Separate Proceedings. 4. For Willing Contractors, The Contracting Authority Enables The Local Vision To Be Made On 15.01.2025. At 13.30. Meeting Place At The Main Entrance To The Building Of The Chemical School Complex In Bydgoszcz. Participation In The Meeting Is Not Mandatory. 5. It Is Planned To Obtain External Funding From The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw As Part Of The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increasing Charges, Investments B1.1.3 Replacement Of Heat Sources And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Schools. 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Annul The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 257 Popp, I.E. If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Would Not Be Granted To Him. 7. Determining The Social, Environmental Or Labels In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Employer Took Into Account The Requirements For Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Para. 1 Pop. 8. The Contracting Authority Requires The Provision Of A Proper Performance Of The Contract. 9. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Award Of The Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Pop. Possible Orders Similar: 1) Will Cover An Increased Scope Of Works Specified In The Project Documentation And Unspecified In The Project Documentation, But In Accordance With The Subject Of The Contract. In This Case, This Will Apply To Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Thermomodernization Of The Building, Modernization Of External And Internal Installations And Land Development. 2) The Conclusion Of The Contract Will Be Preceded By An Appropriate Invitation To Negotiate And Negotiations.
