The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design In The Design And Build Project Documentation And Adaptation Of Part Of The Main Pavilion Of The Main Poviat Hospital In Oświęcim On The Laboratory Along With The Change Of Use And The Delivery Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In Accordance With The Scope Indicated In The Functional And Use Program (Hereinafter Pfu) Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. 2. Based On Pfu Together With Attachments For The Design And Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Investment Task In Accordance With The Other Requirements Described By The Contracting Authority, The Contractors Task Will Be: 1) Analysis And Verification Of The Assumptions Adopted In Pfu, 2) Architectural And Construction Design Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Building Permit Decision - If The Assumptions In This Respect Change At The Stage Of Preparation Of Project Documentation, It Will Be Necessary To Carry Out The Administrative Procedure Of Obtaining A Building Permit For The Planned Intention And All Further Formal Consequences Resulting From The Need To Carry Out Relevant Administrative Procedures, 3) Performing Technical Projects In Accordance With With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Approval Of These Projects At The Employer, 4) Exercising Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Contract, 5) Performing The Necessary Research, Opinions And Expertise At Your Own Expense, And Obtaining Appropriate Decisions, Arrangements, Permits, Decisions And Possible Deviations From The Applicable Provisions Based On Their Basis Based On Them. On The Applicable Provisions And Standards - If Required, 6) Implementation Of The Medical Technology Project Related To The Designed Laboratory, 7) Execution Of The Energy Characteristics Of The Object, 8) Obtaining The Current Basic Map For The Needs Of The Land Use Plan - If Necessary, 9) Obtaining Conditions Technical From Media Managers In The Event Of Increased Demand And, If Necessary, Performing Projects For Reconstruction Or Construction Of New Networks And Connections Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility Covered By The Project - If Necessary, 10) Making Detailed Cost Estimates Project Documentation, 11) Execution Of Detailed Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 12) Execution Of Comprehensive Construction Works And Obtaining Required Effects (Utility, Technical, Technological, Quality, Visual, Aesthetic And Functional Parameters), Resulting From Project Documentation, 13) Land Use Elements Resulting From Project Documentation - If Necessary, 14) To Launch The Entire Facility And All Its Elements And Built -In Devices Together With The Complete Equipment Required For Its Proper Use Without The Need For Additional Retrofitting On The Par
