The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Developing A Draft General Plan For The Kamienica Commune. The Work Will Cover The Entire Municipality Within Its Administrative Borders With An Area Of 52.86 Km². The Contractor Will Develop The General Plan In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular With The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws 20124.1130, As Amended) And Executive Acts, The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Sharing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws 2013.1094, As Amended), As Well As With The Requirements Contained In The Acts And Separate Provisions Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And Planning And Spatial Development, Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Forest And Agricultural Land, Revitalization, Etc.
