3 The Investment Aims To Implement Anaerobic Methane Fermentation Technology, Which Enables Effective Transformation Of Sediments Into Biogas-A Valuable Energy Raw Material-And In High-Quality Organic And Mineral Fertilizer. The Operation Of The Installation Will Be Piloting, And Its Results Will Be Used To Determine The Biogas Potential Of Sewage Sludge And Assess The Possibilities Of Their Use On An Industrial Scale. 2. The Project Is Implemented As Part Of The Interreg Vi-A Polska-Denmark-Germany-Lithuania-Sweden (Southern Baltic Sea) 2021-2027 Program And Is Part Of A Larger Project Called Isma-Innovative Solutions In The Field Of Wastewater Management In Small Sewage Treatment Plants (Project Number Sthb.02.02-Ip.01-0007/23-00). The Aim Of The Program Is To Promote Innovative Technologies Supporting The Closed Circulation Economy, Environmental Protection And Sustainable Development In The Southern Baltic Region. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Development Of A Construction Project, Obtaining A Building Permit, Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Other Documents And Studies Necessary To Implement The Intention Along With Obtaining The Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required By Law. 2) Implementation Of The Construction Task In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of Technological Clock And Accompanying Infrastructure, Including: A) Fermentation Chamber - A Horizontal Reactor Equipped With A Mechanical Mixing System And Temperature Maintenance System.
