The Financial/Quotation and Technical documents should be submitted in separate envelopes. 4. Company profile with a verifiable contact address. 5. Most recent bank statements (showing the last 6 months of transactions and current balance). 6. Quotation Price should be in a separate envelope. 7. Valid registration certificate (Commercial license) Federal and state level. 8. Copy of passport for the companys chairperson. All bids must be submitted by 9th February 2025 at 4:00 PM. Any bids or documents received after this deadline will not be accepted Note: The goods must be delivered within 13 weeks of Feb 2025. The company should have sufficient stock to meet this timeline. Deliverable dates and plans will be shared with successful bidders later. The bidder is responsible for security, transportation, loading, offloading, and handover to QRCS staff in the field.
