Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Armory Cum Rifle Koth Under The Project Construction Of Armory For Ansar & Vdp

Tenders are invited for Construction of Armory cum Rifle Koth under the project "Construction of Armory for Ansar & VDP (40 nos at 1st Phase) " one at Bagerhat District sadar, Bagerhat . Eligibility of Tenderer: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) number of Building Construction work including civil, sanitay and electrification works worth not less than Tk 125.00 lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 600.00 Lac over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates. (d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100.00 Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW2-a, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. (e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 130.00 lakh (f) The Tenderer must submit be Certification of having steel shutter, props etc. g) Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB Brief Description of Goods or Works: Construction of Armory cum Rifle Koth under the project "Construction of Armory for Ansar & VDP (40 nos at 1st Phase) " one at Bagerhat District sadar, Bagerhat .
