MSG DETACHMENT COOK SERVICES FOR THE U.S EMBASSY MANAMA PER THE SOW: INCLUDING ALL LABOR MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE INSURANCE, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain food services program for U.S. Government at US Embassy Manama, Bahrain for Marine Security Guards at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with (3) one-year options. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. Contracting service / cook will work directly with the Detachment Mess Non- Commissioned Officer to discuss weekly / monthly meal plan, grocery shopping, and storage requirements. Cook will Perform all food preparations as well as organize food for detachment consumption. Ensure a clean and sanitary cooking area, the kitchen, appliances and closed stock closet. Before leaving for the day, all dishes, appliances, and utensils will be cleaned and put in respected places within the kitchen. On request, ask the driver to deliver prepared food to post one. Empty and take out all common area trashcans daily. Organize the kitchen. Assist in serving food for detachment meals. Prepare enough food for the detachment on your days off, to include weekends, holidays, and if applicable, leave. Personal hygiene must be a priority to include personal appearance. Hair, nails, hands, and clothing must be clean and professional at all times. Assist Mess NCO with food shopping to ensure highest quality of food is being purchased.
