Quotation are invited for Leasing Services of SUV Vehicle without Driver for AFSAC. SCOPE OF SERVICES The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is for leasing one SUV vehicle without drivers for in accordance with the statement of work The contract will be for a one-year period from the commence date in the notice to proceed letter, with [4] one-year options. After contract award, the Contracting Officer shall issue a Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will establish a date (on which performance shall start). PRICING The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed VALUE ADDED TAX VALUE ADDED TAX. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to this contract and shall not be included in the CLIN rates or Invoices because the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate from the host government. Vehicle size: Full size Sport Utility Vehicles (Equal to the Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon) Model year (Vehicle age) 2023 Model or newer Milage/Kilometers Not to exceed 24,800 Mi. / 40,000 Km. Accommodations: Accommodates 7 to 8 full size adults plus (+) luggage for transporting TDY personnel. Minimum power train (Engine) size of 5.3L V-8 or larger, (or) an equivalent power train which meets or exceeds its power output. Drive train: 4wd with both high and low range for off-road driving conditions. Safety Standards: Adheres to US motor vehicle safety standards for force protection protocols. Bluetooth: Equipped with Bluetooth capabilities is required. Privacy Glass for adherence to force protection protocols. Privacy film prevents public from identifying interion contents of the vehicle when parked. 24/7 vehicle repair support and 24/7 vehicle roadside assistance/support. Loaner vehicle: an equivalent category/class vehicle must be provided as a loaner for any and all levels of vehicle Minor to Major repairs/issues. Clients/drivers work on multiple government/Military restricted sites where taxis are not allowed entry, to make passenger drop-offs or pickups. Unlimited Km usage.
