The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Technical Condition Of The Śnieżnik Simulation System And System Repair To The Extent Resulting From The Assessment Of The Technical Condition (Ost). 2. The Requirements And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Which The Employer Will Transfer To The Invited Offers To Contractors Who Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Advertisement. 3. The Employer Did Not Apply The Right To The Option In The Proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor And Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code), Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract, As The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Do Not Consist In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code. Activities Of Performing Work In The Scope Of Order Performance Will Be Performed Periodically, Depending On The Needs Arising From The Defect. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Order Be Processed 170 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Later Than By November 28, 2025, Depending On Which Of The Deadlines Falls First. 7. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation Where Public Funds He Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Would Not Be Granted To Him.
