Health And Social Work Services - Acquisition Of Home Care Services For The Elderly. Home Care Refers To The Entity Of The Home Service Under Article 19 Of The Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) And Article 25 Of The Health Care Act (1326/2010). The Aim Of Home Care Is To Support The Overall Well -Being Of Clients And The Most Independent Coping At Home, And To Maintain And Improve Their Physical, Mental And Social Ability. Home Care Is Granted To Clients In Accordance With Service Needs And Decisions. The Service Provider Must Have The Permission Of The Regional Government Office And Valvira. The Service To Be Purchased Is Described In More Detail In Annex To The Request For Participation. The Detailed Goals Set For The Customers Acquisition Are: 1. Promotion Of Customer Choice 2.
