Construction Work – Renovation Of Nesoddtangen Primary School And A New Multi-Purpose Hall, Partnering Contract. The Competition Is For The Delivery Of A Turnkey Contract With Interaction For The Renovation Of Nesoddtangen Primary School And The Community Centre, Expansion Of The School With A New Building And A New Multi-Purpose Hall. The Assignment Also Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Gym Building And Development Of Outside Areas.The Project Shall Be Carried Out With The School In Operation At The School And A Secure School Road Throughout The Entire Construction Period. The Procurement Shall Cover The Contracting Authority ́S Need For A Turnkey Contractor, With His Contractual Partners For Engineering Design, Renovation/Construction And Trial Operation Of The Primary School. Subject To Political Approval, Re-Regulation, Economic Coverage And Other Factual Reasons, Nesodden Municipality Intends To Enter Into A Partnering Contract With The Winner Of The Competition. The Procurement ́S Value (Contract Cost) Is Estimated To Be Nok 250,000,000 Excluding Vat. The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding For The Contracting Authority.It Is Up To The Parties To Plan And Carry Out The Project So That The Cost Frame Is Not Exceeded.
