Activities Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Activity 1. Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Conformity Of Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For The Construction Works, As Follows: A) Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For The Works Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Article 142, Para. 5 Of The Spa; (B) An Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Constructive Part Of The Investment Projects Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spa (When Applicable). Activity 2. Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction, In Accordance With Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). The Scope Of The Activities For Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction Is In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Establishment Of The Site Into Operation. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176 A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 And The Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spa.
