Seeking to promote inclusion and social solidarity in Palestine through empowering marginalized hard-to-reach groups, and structural reform. REFORM aims to enhance the social and political participation of marginalized hard- to-reach groups and community activism, to facilitate equal access to public utilities through strengthening the capabilities of young and women, and to provide a reliable database for the political and administrative decision makers in Palestine. REFORM is looking for an Advertisement Company to implement Awareness Campaign on IP TV. Interested candidates should submit their offers latest by Monday, 10.02.2025, 03:00 PM. For more details, kindly check the enclosed TORs. Specifications: The company must be licensed by the Palestinian Authority and have official registration papers. The company must be specialized in providing advertisement services. The company must have cooperations with internet companies (IP TV Service) to broadcast the awareness campaign to as many homes and targeted areas in the West Bank and Gaza Strip as possible. The company should provide us with the number of subscribes from different platforms to ensure that the campaign reaches a wide audience. The company must provide the ability to broadcast in high quality (HD) with support for interactive options (such as links or interactive messages). It is preferred that the company has previously worked with organizations on similar campaigns to ensure quality implementation. Scope of work: Broadcasting and disseminating awareness messages about the Importance of Alternative Means of Resolving Disputes through IP television. The number of advertisements will be estimated between 3-5 per day for one week with the ability to broadcast for more than one week. Prepare a comprehensive broadcasting plan, including the distribution of the awareness content throughout the week, with a focus on the most-watched time periods. Develop and design various messages either written, audible or visual. The unit of measurement should be specified in terms of time (message duration, type of message (infographic, poster or video), frequency per day, or throughout the week).
