Feb 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Development, Training & Capacity Building Requirements : Chairs. Projector. Screen. Microphones for speakers. Rectangular Table setup for product exhibition Stage or podium. Flipcharts and pens. Welcome coffee at the start of the event (water, tea, soft drinks, coffee, sweet and salty mini bites). Lunch: Fresh, high-quality fast bites (e.g., gourmet sandwiches, wraps, salads, finger foods, pastries, and healthy snacks). No hot meals. Good Internet connection. Accessible facilities for people with disabilities. (elevators and access ramps) Good ventilation system. Free parking for project participants.
