Tenders are invited for Provision of Calibration Instruments and Metrology Services. LUKOIL Mid-East Limited, a designated Operator for the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area in the Republic of Iraq, is developing the West Qurna- 2 oil field under the Development and Production Service Contract signed with the Basra Oil Company of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil. Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and foreign companies having experience of supplies similar by nature to the subject of the Tender, which are allowed by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by their country of certification to perform supplies to the Republic of Iraq, may participate in the Tender. Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification requirements specified in the Tender Documentation, including: a) BIDDER shall have experience in the provision of Calibration services for instruments and LACT (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer System (export oil metering system) in at least 1 (one) project during the 2019-2024 years; b) BIDDERs calibration laboratory (own or external) shall be suitable for ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation issued by UKAS, NIST or another world-recognized accreditation system; c) BIDDER shall be accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Oil to perform the defined activities i.e., the specific role of Third-Party Calibration Engineer (corresponding supporting documents / documentary evidence of accreditation to be provided).
