The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Demolition Works, 3) Earthworks, 4) Assembly Of Curbs, Resistors, Edges, 5) Construction Of The Release Threshold And Exit, 6) Sidewalk Construction, 7) Carriage Of A Crumble, 8 ) Dehydration, 9) Introduction Of A Permanent Traffic Organization. 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, All Work Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Guarantor (The Guarantor Should Be Obtained). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Performance Conditions, Payment Method And Other Elements Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract And Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works And The Preface Of Works. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
