Poznańska 4, 99-400 Łowicz. 3. Delivery Size: During The Contract, The Total Supply Volume In The Amount Of 30,000 Liters Of Heating Oil Is Envisaged. The Size Of Deliveries Given Above Is An Estimated Quantity. The Actual Amount Of Oil Supply Will Result From The Real Needs Of The Employer. If The Amount Of Oil Ordered Is Reduced - Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 4. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Order A Minimum Of 50% Of The Estimated Volume Of The Amount Of Ordered Heating Oil During The Performance Of The Order. Requirements For Heating Oil: Technical And Chemical Parameters Of Heating Oil On The Day Of Delivery Must Comply With The Current Polish Standards In The Field Of Lightweight Fuel Oil L-1 And The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding Sulfur Content For Oils And Types Of Installations And Conditions. In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008). 7. Conditions For Delivery (Wrd): 7.1. The Subject Of These Wrds Are The Requirements For The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil L1. When Implementing Deliveries, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Conditions Arising From Both Wrds And Applicable Standards And Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. 7.2. Materials: The Supplied Material Will Be Light Fuel Oil L-1 Designed For Central Heating Boiler Tanks, Used For Heating Rooms And Heating Warm Water, With The Following Parameters:- Density At 15 Degrees C Not Lower Than 56 Degrees Celsius,- Liquid Temperature Not Higher Than -20 Degrees C; 10 % Of Distillation Residues Not Higher Than 0.3 % (M/M),- Total Contamination Content Not Larger Than 24 Mg/Kg,- Residue After Incineration Not Higher Than 0.01 % (M/M),- Calorific Value Not Lower Than 42.60 Mj/Kg,- Fractional Composition: Up To 250 Degrees Celsius Distilns No More Than 65% (V/V); Up To 350 Degrees Celsius Distilns No More Than 85 % (V/V);- Red Color7.3. Transport: Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Fire Safety, Traffic And Environmental Protection And The Provisions On The Transport Of Hazardous Materials.
