The Subject Of The Order Is The Service, Consisting In Taking On A Constant, Comprehensive Service Care, Including: Maintaining Continuity And Safety Of The Infomedica/Amms Application Software (Production Asseco Poland S.A.) Implemented At The Specialist Hospital No. 2 In Bytom In The Medical And Administrative Part. The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide A Permanent Service Care Service In A Remote Form And, If Necessary, At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz, Whose Integral Part Of The Description Is The List Of Modules Owned By The Ordering Party (Annex 8 To Swz) And Rules For Providing Remote Access (Annex 3 To Swz).
